Returns

We understand that sometimes things don't work out! You may return any unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery with a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you would like a return, please reach out to us at support@gyygle.com or through our Contact Us page - we will respond ASAP.

Once the return is accepted, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment and a notification will be sent to you via email.

Shipping and handling charges are unfortunately non-refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the costs of shipping or handling.


Exchanges

Products may be exchanged if they are defective or damaged. If you would like an exchange, please contact us at support@gyygle.com or through our Contact Us page, with details of the product and defect.
